How to report a problem
- Tap the Menu button.
- Tap to select the option, Report a Problem.
- Review the different reasons, and then tap to select the option that best describes the problem you’re experiencing. When you’re happy with your selection, tap the Continue button.
- Provide as much detail as possible about the problem in the text box on the More details screen. This information allows us to understand what went wrong and help you sooner.
To send the report, tap the Submit button.
How to quit a test
- Tap the Menu button.
- Tap to select the option, Exit test or Quit test. This will release you from the test so you can browse other invites on your Test Feed.
- Tap the Yes, Quit button to confirm that you want to exit the test. If you change your mind, just tap the Resume Test or No, Continue button instead.
