What programs do you need to participate in a Live Conversation?
You'll need to download Zoom before participating in a Live Conversation. Zoom is a free, third-party video conferencing tool that you'll use to speak directly to a customer during a Live Conversation.
Why download and install?
The reason we require these programs to be installed is because only the installed versions allow you to do the following:
- Screen Share: In most cases, the customer will ask you to share your screen so that they may observe your computer or mobile screen while you complete the instructed tasks and scenarios on your device.
- Mouse and Keyboard Control : The customer may also ask you to take control of their computer mouse and keyboard while you interact with new unreleased apps or website features that are in the works.

Go here on your Mac or Windows computer and you'll be prompted to download Zoom.
