Clearing the app's data can help the app run faster and solves many common issues:
1. Navigate to Settings and tap Apps.
2. Select UserTesting from the list.
3. Tap Storage.
4. Tap Clear Storage.
If you've cleared your storage but are still experiencing the issue, try turning your phone off and then on. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling our app.

Delete the App
1. Navigate to Settings and tap Apps.
2. Select UserTesting from the list.
3. Tap Uninstall.
Reinstall the App
1. Navigate to the Google Play Store and search for "UserTesting".
2. Tap "Install".
3. Once the UserTesting for Android app finishes installing, open the app and sign in.
