Live Conversations are one-on-one conversations through an online video-conferencing tool called Zoom. You will speak directly to a customer during these conversations. For a Live Conversation Mobile Interview, you will speak with the customer via your mobile device. The customer may ask you to complete a set of tasks, share your screen, or answer questions.

Downloading the Zoom app
Install the Zoom app on your iOS device before your scheduled meeting. To find the app, search for Zoom Cloud Meetings in the App Store.
Setting up Screen Sharing Capability
Fifteen minutes before your interview is scheduled to begin, use your mobile device to open the Reminder Email you received on the day of your interview. You should receive this email 4 hours before your scheduled start time. Tap the “Join Interview” button to begin setup.
Before meeting with the customer, you’ll be taken through a tutorial on how to set up screen sharing capability on your device.
First, navigate to your Settings App and select Control Center.
Select Customize Controls and tap the green plus button ( + ) next to Screen Recording.
Now you're ready to share your mobile device screen during your Live Conversation!
