How am I notified of new tests?

There are two ways you can be notified of new test invitations. On your dashboard, click the dropdown arrow in the top right and navigate to "Settings". When you scroll down, you should see the two following options:

• Emails
• Sounds

The Send email when a new test is available option turns email notifications on or off. To turn off email notifications, click the toggle until it is in the "off" position:

The Play sound when new test appears on dashboard option allows you to hear a chime every time a new test shows in your available tests queue. This can be toggled on or off. To turn off sounds, click the toggle until it is in the "off" position:

In addition to a sound, the UserTesting tab in your browser window will also update to show a (1) or other number indicating how many new tests are available since you last refreshed your dashboard.

Please note that our app is not configured to provide push notifications to mobile devices when a new test is available.
