How do I update my email, password, or PayPal?
If you need to update your primary contact email, your password, or your PayPal email, navigate to the Settings page, located in the dropdown menu in the top right of your dashboard.
Once you're on the Settings page, scroll down to the section for the change you want to make. To keep your information safe, you will be sent a one-time code to your current email address in order to make a change to your email address or PayPal address. Click the “Change” button to begin.
Navigate to your email inbox and look for an email from us titled, “Your UserTesting verification code”. Copy the verification code from the email and paste it into the box on your UserTesting Settings page.
Type in your new information, enter your password, and click “Update”.
After you click “Update”, you’ll see a brief message showing that your change has been successfully saved.
To edit your password, scroll down to the Password section, enter your current and new password, then click “Update”.
You’ll receive an email notification after any change is made to your email, password, or PayPal.
How do I adjust my notification preferences?
You can also adjust your Notification Preferences on the Settings page.
If the toggle is blue and the circle is on the right, this means that notification setting is set to "on". If the toggle is grey and the circle is on the left, this means that notification setting is set to "off". Read more about notifications in this article.
How do I delete my account?
The last option on the Settings page lets you delete your account. Please note that this action cannot be undone.
