Will I receive payment for tests I participate in?
If you opted-in to receive payments when you created your account, then UserTesting may pay you for tests you complete.
If you checked the box to not receive payments when you created your account, then UserTesting will not pay you for the tests you complete.
If you didn't opt-in or out of receiving payments when you created your account, then UserTesting will not compensate you for the tests you complete.
Keep in mind that different tests may offer different amounts in compensation, so be sure to take note of the payment offered on your Available Tests page.
How do I know if I'm eligible for payment?
To find out if you are eligible for payment, please contact our Support Team.
How am I paid?
All contributors receive payments through PayPal. You must have a verified PayPal account that is in good standing, in order to receive payments. UserTesting does not withhold any taxes from payments. As a contributor, you are responsible for determining and paying any tax liabilities incurred from payments received by UserTesting.
Contributors in India: To receive payments, you'll need to create a PayPal Business account instead. For more information, please contact PayPal.
When am I paid?
Payments from UserTesting are sent via PayPal usually 14 days after you complete a test.
