If you are using a Mac, the task instructions may be hidden behind your window if you enter full-screen mode. We recommend not using full-screen mode while testing, as this can cause a confusing test experience for you and a jarring viewing experience for the customer.
If the task instructions disappear for any other reason during your test, please try refreshing your browser page or opening a new tab. This should reload the task instructions and allow you to proceed through the test as normal.
