If the UserTesting Android app freezes or crashes, try these troubleshooting steps:
Clear the app's data
- Open your Settings and then tap Apps & notifications.
- Select UserTesting from the list.
- Tap Storage.
- Tap Clear Storage.
TIP: If you've cleared your storage but you're still experiencing the issue, try turning your phone off and then on. You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Reinstall the App
- Go to the Google Play Store and search for UserTesting. Then tap Install.
