How do I reset microphone and camera permissions in Microsoft Edge?

Before you start a test for the first time, you have to allow the Seamless Desktop Recorder to access your microphone and camera. 

You may have accidentally blocked this access during set-up. Review this article to learn how to reset these permissions so you can continue with your test. 

How to reset permissions in Microsoft Edge

1. Click the three dots in the top-right of the browser window, then navigate to Settings.
   

   

2. Click on Cookies and Site Permissions in the left-hand column, then click the permission you need to reset.
   

   

3. In the Block section, click the trash can icon next to UserTesting. You'll be prompted to allow the microphone permission the next time you try to use our recorder.
