If you mute your microphone during your practice test, your recording will be paused and you will be unable to continue with the test until you unmute your microphone. To learn how to do so, follow the instructions below.
Unmute your microphone in Firefox
1. To unmute your microphone in Firefox, click the microphone icon to the left of the address bar.
2. Click on the label that says Blocked Temporarily to clear the permission setting.
3. Refresh the page to restart the process or click the Share access button.
4. When the permission prompt reappears, click Allow. The error message will disappear, and you will be able to continue with your test.

1. To reshare your screen in Firefox, click the screen share icon to the left of the address bar.
